The Property Manager really sets the property apart from others to make it an enjoyable place to live. Chantal has gone above and beyond & her Team does an excellent job at maintaining and keeping the property clean. They always make sure we have stocked dog stations that are clean & not overflowing. Their efforts are greatly appreciated!

Any services requested are done immediatly and in very professional manner. This is almost my third year here and I am just as satisfied as my first year.

This was my first time living on my own and Chantel made it super easy and overall just gave me an amazing experience. Chantel was very attentive and helpful and helped me out so much. 5 Stars for sure. The Vela Apartments itself was very well kept and maintained and very nice inside. Loved the barbecue area and pool for entertaining guests. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you Chantel and Vela for a wonderful stay!

I have lived here since December 2021 and from Day 1 Chantal the property manager and the entire Vela team has been amazing! The application, approval, and move in process was seamless, professional, and quick. This is a beautiful complex with all the amenities I could want. Other places I looked at, I would have had to pick or choose one thing over another. But at Vela, I got everything I wanted and needed! Chantal is by far the most amazing property manager! She is so sweet, very professional, and responds to residents needs in a timely and efficient manner. I credit the success of Vela to Chantal! We receive weekly resident update emails that keep us in the know of anything going on. Vela is constantly improving things around the complex and keeping everything looking nice and new! All the residents are quiet, respectful, and we all work to keep Vela clean and nice.
