Vela has been the BEST apartments I have lived in. Not just the most cleanest, but the most down to earth and friendliest. Chantal tries her best to find community opportunities to involve the tenants in some form of social opportunities. We have food trucks (that suit the working people's schedules and very friendly people), art activities in the main office, and a calendar that even my smart mouth attitude pays attention too 😆 🤣. I enjoy looking at the weekly announcements that Chantal puts out and try to include myself in the monthly drawings with my pet for Awesome gifts that Chantal puts out for our little community. Chantal does do a lot to make Vela on "mission Gorge Road" to make it a special community of our own. 😃 Thank you Chanal for doing what you do! Terri

It has been a pleasure living here, I would highly recommend. It is a very pet friendly atmosphere, lots of gorgeous plants, maintenance is very responsive, the apartments are beautiful, and Chantal in the office is very helpful. I have lived here for over a year and have zero complaints.

Vela was a wonderful experience for our little family. We loved our apartment and spent the entire summer on the patio enjoying the sun. We would recommend this property to anyone. Our little Frenchie was OBSESSED with the dog park. Though the best part about living at Vela was our office staff. Chantal is the most incredible property manager we have ever had the pleasure of working with, she is so responsive, engaged and professional. We never had to inquiry about anything twice, she handles everything smoothly and promptly. And the entire maintenance staff kept the grounds running smoothly! We see how hard you all work. Thank you for everything you did for us in our time there.

We have loved our time living at Vela. The apartment is beautiful and feels like home, but what makes the development the best is the staff. From the minute we reached out Chantal was attentive and got us into the perfect apartment so easily! Chantal and her team are on top of everything. If you have an issue (Which are not normal) it gets solved right away! One thing I really appreciate is the preventative maintenance they do. They come in and do checks to make sure everything is good before you may have issues.

Great, safe place with attentive and caring staff.

I relocated here a month ago and I am so happy that I did. First, Chantel the property manager is amazing. She is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. With any instance of me reaching out she communicates back to me immediately. I had a minor repair yesterday and reached out to her for help while I was at work. Chantel placed the work order for me and was very supportive of my concern for my dog being at home while the issue was being taken care of while I was at work. She contacted me by phone (within a few hours after I placed the work order) saying the issue was rectified and my pup was great during the maintenance visit. Upon coming home from a long day a completed work order was left on my counter with a very nice note from Ritchie that my pup was a very well behaved boy and that they are friends now. That warmed my heart. A door hanger was also left on my front door saying the work was completed and to have a nice day. As simple as this might seem it made me very happy about my decision to move here. In all my rental history I’ve never had such great customer service plus the care and support for my fur baby. I can’t say enough positive things about this community and the especially the great people that work here. Thank you Chantel and Ritchie :)
