WOW! I am so beyond impressed with this apartment complex. May I not mention how obviously beautiful it is, but the staff at the management office is top tier. The apartments are so well put together, and you can tell they did not go cheap on budgeting. (Tankless water heater, huge closet spaces, upgraded bathroom tubs, granite countertops, pre-installed wifi) The list goes on. My boyfriend and I have moved in about a week ago. We didn't have hot water for a couple days due to a problem with the new water heater. Mind you, this was not installed or anything incorrect on the builder's end but just a bad water heater part from the manufacture. We were told we were the only apartment with this issue since they've been built. The plumbers and builders were always on time as promised, very prompt and made sure we got our hot water fixed instantly. Every person that came into our apartment was friendly, nice, complimented our furniture and you can tell they liked their job. The property manager, Chantal was beyond accommodating with anything needed and even followed up with us every day, and even the day after it was fixed. SHE IS AMAZING! There is not one bad thing I can say about these apartments, and for being a new build apartment complex you would think they would need time to get their team up to par. Not the case with them, everyone was fast, and amazing. If I could give a 100-star review, I would. I look forward to living here.
